Davidson and Gilpin's initial business partnership was in vine grafting and planting. They currently own or manage more than 200 acres of vineyard land in the Willamette Valley. This experience with the varied soils and microclimates has provided them with a true sense of the terroir of their vines. With the addition of two other vineyards owners, Walnut City WineWorks' main focus is on Pinot Noir, but Chardonnay, Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinot Gris are also proudly represented in the family of WineWorks wines. The Walnut City WineWorks team nurtures the unique qualities of each varietal from vine to bottle, letting the fruit guide the wine making process. Currently produced at Walnut City WineWorks are Walnut City WineWorks, Bernard-Machado, Carlton Hill, Robinson Reserve and Z'IVO Wines.
